01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vulply platform, browser extension, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

02. Description of Service

Vulply provides an AI-powered Reddit commenting assistant that allows users to generate and refine comment drafts using personalized cloud personas and selectable tones. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

03. Credits & Billing

Vulply operates on a credit-based system. Credits are spent to generate or refine comment drafts.

• Free Tier: Free accounts receive a one-time signup bonus of credits. These credits do not expire but are not refilled automatically.
• Pro Plan: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and grant a fixed amount of credits. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Refunds: Payments for subscriptions or credit top-ups are generally non-refundable. If an AI generation fails due to a system error, the corresponding credits will be rolled back.

04. Acceptable Usage Policy

Vulply is designed to assist human authors in drafting authentic comments. You agree not to use the service for:

• Automated spamming, bot-like submission scaling, or brigading threads.
• Generating hate speech, harassment, threat of violence, or defamatory content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or cause service degradation to our servers.

We employ automatic bot detection and velocity checks. Suspicious high-frequency generation activity will result in automatic profile suspension.

05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulply and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to Reddit account suspension, ban, or loss of reputation. You remain fully responsible for any content you publish to Reddit.

06. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Vulply immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
